GABE, GABE, GABE!!! ...so the first time I went I got jackie. It was terrible, she was rude and had a bad additude the entire time. No to mention all she did was buzz my hair like I'm in the army. I'm a grown man and need a grown man haircut... I would have preferred supercuts($10) for the 10 min buzz job. They made my husband wait 1 hour and instead of David seeing him, put him off to some so called stylist Yami who doesn't listen to what the client wants, nor does she know what she's doing. She's rude and defensive and doesn't smile or ask what the client wants! The other stylists were good... But AVOID Yami at all cost!!! Was on the house because she MESSED UP, but would have rather paid for a great cut..it wasn't a professional experience. They definitely put an amateur at work!! Went to roosters for the first time yesterday and I will never go anywhere else again. Went in with my beard growing out of control and they did an amazing job.
