Very nice meal, although service was a bit slow. Perhaps because it was during the after church lunch group? Their booths are really odd, some are up on little platforms which makes getting up into them tricky, they are also very tight so if you have a tummy or chest, it’s uncomfortable, not to mention constricting. I had their chicken Caesar salad. It was nice but I had a much better one at the Hells Canyon Inn. I guess mostly I would say I’ve been to worse places.
food was excellent and a generous serving, customer service was excellent. Not only was I seated and tended to immediately, but I was frequently checked on. recommend it as I always try to stop there when I'm in Pendleton.

Great meals, home style cooking, quick service, the only issue is that they don't have a location closer to our home!
Talk about a "Diamond in the rough"! The staff are super friendly and treat customers like family. The food was exceptional! The beer battered onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. My Prime Rib dip was great and my wife's meal was outstanding! I only wish ROOSTERS was closer to home! We'll definitely go back next time we're passing through Pendleton!
Had dessert first. Creme brulee shared with my wife while we each waited for our fried chicken. 4 pieces of fried chicken breaded nicely and very tasty. Service was excellent by Darlene. I would visit again.
The food was so fresh and delicious and our server was perfect!! It was worth the stop on the way home!!
