Great response time after a recent wind storm!! Excellent customer service and end product.
Had a couple of shingles blow off with the recent wind/snow. Called Rooster for help following some repair work they'd done for me a couple of years ago. Pleased to continue to get great service. A young lady answered the phone when I called on a Wednesday afternoon, advised that a tech would inspect the repair and provide an estimate in the next couple of days. The estimate followed as promised and the work was completed yesterday for the exact amount promised. Highly recommend Rooster for service and quality.

Won't return phone calls, Several attempts were made to get them back to the business I work for to fix work they performed but they refuse to even pick up the phone.
