Very loud and food is average. I ordered Baby Arugula salad with Shrimp, it was so salty, I couldn’t eat it. The service was good, we had a very nice and attentive waitress.
Had what was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had at Rooster last night. The risotto was absolutely amazing. Service per usual was a little slow but the dinner was out of this world!!

Amazing customer service! Victoria is attentive and very friendly. We had the lobster sliders and the calamari, it was to die for!
Was there last week. Had to leave after a few minutes. The place was way to loud. It was like being in a stadium and the prices were way out of line. I went there with my 14 year old son and we both said it was set up more like a yuppie hang out than a place looking to cater to all.
We loved everything about Rooster! Tina and the other bartender made us feel right at home! If you don’t get anything else, get the chicken cracklin!!! Man! We’ll be back soon, for sure!!!
I don’t know what happened to the Rooster Company that first came to Newington. Last nights dinner experience was rock bottom. The menu options seemed slim compared to usual. Noticed missing items that were once terrific go to options (GG salad). Over cooked wings, raw chicken breast and bland truffle mac and cheese. 5 stars. Excellent food and service. Free parking on the back. We liked the chicken parmesan and veal dishes.
