I recently held a gathering at Rooster's as part of a Celebration of Life for my Mother. The food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. We can't thank Rooster's enough for helping us to effortlessly put this gathering together. They left us wanting for nothing.
Made a reservation ahead of time and waited 20 minutes for a table to then wait over an hour for food to not show up. Tables that were seated at least a half hour after us we’re getting served quicker. Extremely disappointing that the manager didn’t even come over and acknowledge the poor service or try and assist our tables service-hostess was doing all she could but it wasn’t much. You knocked it out of the park today! Loved my restaurant week lunch special! Salad and half chicken were amazing and that pumpkin ice cream —� yummmmmm! Meatball salad was a hit w my sis in law too!
Never got to eat so I don't know about the food but the service was horrible,went there for our Anniversary,arrived early 6 o clock,because we had a game to be at at 8, we were first in line and told 20 min.then we were told 20 more then after 55 minutes we were told soon but it would take an hour more to be served our dinner,so we left and went to Newington Pizza,had our dinner and got a pizza to go for the game,not going back
We enjoyed a long and leisurely lunch at Rooster, first time for both. Extensive menu with many tempting offerings. We had the chicken/bacon wraps which were very tasty, although a choice of wrap would have been nice. Our server, Diane, was attentive and very friendly, talked us into trying the calamari, which was EXCELLENT! She had helpful suggestions, all well taken, and didn’t hover but made sure we were satisfied. No dessert today for us! I will return, probably to try the dinner menu!
