Jackie, David and rest of the team is amazing. Before the lease was signed , Jackie answered all of my questions so patiently. After lease was signed, Jackie helped made my inter-city as easy as possible. I had a couple of maintainance issues prop up after move-in but all of them have been handled promptly so far. The building has parcel lockers which are quite useful for storing delivery packages. The best aspect of this building is the management team (led by Jackie) who really do their best to help incoming tenants
I really enjoyed living at Rooster- the apartment was roomy and had great light. The location is great also. But the best part is the staff! Jackie is really nice and also very helpful. The maintenance people, Asher and Cortez, fixed things quickly and on one try. When I moved out Gisela helped by fixing my key fob so the movers could use the elevator. Thank you so much!
I had a great experience making Rooster my new home. The apartment complex is in a great location and is highly walkable, just one block from the light rail station, a short walk to Green Lake Park, and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. I was moving across the country and wasn't able to tour apartments in person. The team at rooster is excellent and has always been super helpful, and any maintenance issues I’ve had, Asher was able to resolve pretty much immediately!
