Did an ad hoc drop in tour and was able to check out a few units really quickly, the staff was able to sneak me in outside of a scheduled visit which was greatly appreciated.
I blind signed for an apartment since I was moving across the country for work and couldn’t come see for myself. Leasing office was friendly and helpful prior to signing, and they answered all my questions. I wanted one particular unit, and was willing to start my contract early (2 weeks before moving) in order to secure it. The issue arose when I came to pick up my keys on Monday morning. I've had an excellent experience as a resident at Rooster. The management team, including Lemara and Jackie, has gone the extra mile to ensure our cross-country move went smoothly. Our apartment was in great condition when we moved in, and the grounds are so well-maintained. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and support with all of our questions long the way!
I recently moved in here and had a really nice experience. Lemara gave me the tour and facilitated my application. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process and made me feel very welcome. In general the building has a great vibe and really good facilities. it's also very clean. I'm very happy with my apartment and would recommend Rooster to anyone considering living here. They also put out free cookies in the lobby on Wednesdays which is a really nice touch!
Lemara is really nice. I’ve toured twice, and she was always very welcoming and showed me around the units with great enthusiasm. After today’s tour, I just apply for a unit. Big thumbs up for this community and the staff.
