Jackie was so helpful and friendly during our first interaction together. She made the start of my move out process seamless.
I came to visit my girlfriend Rooster apartments I was helping her throw away her garbage. I saw Asher and Cortez washing the garbage room area, every time I see them they are either painting, or taking care of maintenance in a timely manner. I’m considering moving to the Rooster apartments when my lease is over.
I had such a wonderful experience touring the apartments with the help of Jackie. She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered any questions that I had. She was very friendly and took her time going through every detail. Also, during my tour I saw the maintenance team hard at work doing some paining which shows the property is very well kept and frequently maintained. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had while apartment hunting, would highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Roster Apartments, thanks to Jackie. As someone new to Seattle, she explained the application process and listened Jackie was friendly, helpful, and took the time to show me around and answer all my questions. I really appreciated her professionalism and support highly recommend!
The staff at the Rooster are extremely responsive and helpful: Manager Emily, Assistant Manager Jackie and the maintenance staff Asher and Cortez. I enjoy living here.
