Always inventive menu & always delicious, just what I can expect from one of Daytons star chefs.
A great experience! It started with valet parking. Greeted warmly upon entering. Minimal wait time for a table and the staff was prompt. Our meals were exceptional! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Roost catered my wedding of 100+ guests last weekend and they did a phenomenal job! The food was incredible and the service was top notch. We got married in our backyard and Dana and her team absolutely nailed it. They treated our guests like family all night and I can't tell you how many people commented on the quality of the food and service. Thank you for everything.
Had my anniversary dinner here with my husband. The food was SO good that we ate until we were stuffed. We got home and could not do the horizontal mombo bc we were so full. We have the rest of our lives for consumation... meals like this are difficult to come by. Worth every calorie!
Wonderful anniversary dinner. Arancini are fabulous, and just melt in your mouth. My husband and I both had the poached filet with smashed potatoes and asparagus. Butter knife tender.
Outstanding! Staff knew their menu well, were able to make thoughtful recommendations, well paced dining...they didn't push you to hurry along. Food was amazing (and I'm VERY particular)! A new favorite!
We had some trouble with the online reservations, so my husband called and left a message. The hostess called back, confirming our reservation. We were seated promptly, the service was wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!
