RecommendedHad a great experience there today! Found the perfect gift for a friend. Promptly lost it outside when I left the bag on a bench where I had sat for a moment. I had gone back into the store looking to see if I had left it in there, and left my phone number with the nice lady at the desk. Good Samaritans found the bag and returned it, and the owner promptly called on my cell phone and I was able to retrieve the gift all within 30 minutes! Thanks everyone!
While the merchandise is nice, the customer service is terrible. Unfriendly and unresponsive after requested to be called about merchandise. Always had to follow up.

Karen, you came in with your sister in law, Teresa, and your mother. I'm trying to keep it straight but I dont know if it was you or your sister in law with the Mickey Mouse shirt that had such a fit in the store. If a lamp is on hold, unfortunately, you can't buy it it. The immature attitude of you and your family members was way out of line. What an experience.
This is one of the nicest stores in Brevard however one of the nastiest attitudes behind the counter I've ever experienced. WhT a shame
Exceptionally poor service. Sales clerk copped an attitude - I guess it was an inconvenience to her to answer our questions and show us options. As we were leaving, she snipped: "thank you for leaving". A truly unbelievable experience.
Roost has some beautiful pieces of furniture, lamps, mirrors, and other decorating items that you will definitely want to see. We bought a table and a mirror for one of our entrance hallways. I'm very pleased with the quality of the items and the assistance we got from the young lady who waited us.
A must go to shop if you are in the Cashiers / Highlands area!! Great great store!!
My favorite home & interiors store in the area! Claire has awesome taste!!!
