My burger was amazing! Service was very friendly and hospitable. Atmosphere is great and the restaurant is very appealing to the eye

I have been to Roost on 7 different occasions. For the most part, it has been fun, but the experience is greatly dependant on the server. By far my favorite dish is the tomato/buffalo mozzarella and basil. Unfortunately, it has not been available the past few times I visited, but overall it's an awesome location w/ good food @ a reasonable price. D. Whitehead
Went to Roost on Tuesday, August 5th, for an outside breakfast. It was going to be a special treat; we don't get to go downtown very often. The three of us arrived around 9:30 am and were told that we could only be served inside. We were told that there were only two servers since the occupancy at the Hyatt was low. We were very disappointed and will not return.
We had a great meal! Chicken Chili, Garlic Fries, Wedge Salad, & Duck Street Tacos- so yummy! And an excellent server! We will be back!

Our family has had many wonderful meals at Roost. Tonight was different, everything was exceptionally slow, had to ask for things repeatedly, very unfriendly and inexperienced waitstaff. Upon complaining to the manager, absolutely nothing happened at all! He asked a couple questions, walked off and never returned. Server came back with our bills and an attitude! I very rarely post reviews (especially negative ones) but the service at Roost tonight was beyond unbelievable.

It was very disappointing. We have eaten here before when it had a different chef. Not worth the money. Spent over $200 on dinner. The waitress was friendly but untrained. She did not clear any dishes.Luckily a kind bus person asked if she could clear some of the dishes. Another server tried to clear a plate that I was still eating from but ironically not any of the other dishes.Sad to say I will never eat here or recommend it as it was a waste of money!!!

Tonight was the first time my family & I have been to Roost. I absolutely love the atmosphere. Tabitha, our server, was great! The food was pretty amazing too. We had a wonderful time and will be returning.
Great atmosphere. Soup/salad/flatbread bar is great for lunch. Dinner was fantastic except coffee after dinner was cold...weird. Drinks were excellent. Surprised at bad reviews.
Amazing food and exceptional service. I am blown away by all the bad reviews. This was one of the best meals I have had in months!
