I had the white pie and my boyfriend had the backyard burger. My food was great, but a bit overpriced. His burger was suppose to be medium well but came out medium rare. He took a bite and sent it back. The kitchen put his same burger back on the grill and brought it back to him 5 mins later. His cheese was burnt and rubbery, the sauces were still on the burger. slow service and food was just ok.
Roost catered our reception dinner with appetizers and a family style meal in a semi-private area of the Hyatt Regency. My family is very particular about dining out, so when they raved about how great the food was, I knew we had made the best choice. I highly recommend this restaurant!
