The utilities costs are increased every 6 or 8 months without notice. in addition the parking area is not enough for the residents and they always make charge for no reason and recently the second car for each lees holder is $50 charge per month. And their Service is too bad.
FOLKS! This is the place to LIVE!!!! We called this our home for 9 years until we had to relocate for job purposes, but we only have the best things to say about Roosevelt Towers. We LOVE the Bozzuto staff, Jazmine, Monique, and Tiffany - these lovely ladies absolutely made it easy for my wife and I thru all the challenging transitions: management, staff, parking, policies, renewals, etc. Again, kudos to the wonderful staff, we will miss you! <3 Greg/Maria
The apartment staff is Amazing! Hands down the best part about living here. If you ever have an issue they are there to help. I actually broke my foot and they have gone above and beyond in helping me cope. I have seen them go out of there way to help our senior residents who require the most care, families, and college students. Bottom line they are friendly, helpful, and i’m always happy to see them.
The location is good, but the management provides POOR customer service to the tenants there. The managers there are primarily concerned with trying to recruit new residents, while appearing to ignore the maintenance problems, etc. of the folks who reside there already (the complex is very old with lots of maintenance issues). The same complex has a rodent (mice) problem too. I do NOT recommend that you choose to reside/rent there-look someplace else.
