There is never anyone up front to help you. That is my biggest frustration with this place, not being able to get a key card after working long hours! I mentioned it to an Asian lady who is very nice and always friendly and she told me it’s because they have them doing 4 times their work load for horrible pay! And it’s the same with housekeeping!
