Was very clear what tree I wanted to have taken down. Repeated to him 4 times which tree it was on the property line on the east side and he said he was looking at the tree. When I got there, he was cleaning up a tree that had already fallen in the center of the property. Never discussed cleaning up a fallen tree, just a pine tree needing cut down. We settled on a price to get tree cut down. It ended up a fair price for both but didn't plan on paying him to clean up a tree already down. Would have been 5 stars if he just acc... read more
