Paul is the absolute BEST!!!! He's been doing my color and highlights for years and he is the ONLY I let touch my hair. My hair is very curly and long and not easy to color/highlight and he has been the only one in 20 years that I've been happy with. He is very patient and takes his time with each client. He's got a great following of clients and stays busy but always gets me in when I need an appt. Honestly terrible costumer service!!! I’ve known Paul for years now .. he’s done my hair multiple times and never had an issue until today 7-11-18 I had a 1:00 hair app. For a fullhead of highlights . Paul calls me at 12:50 stating he has to go to the hospital to pick up papers I said fine no problem.. I waited for 30 minutes outside his salon for him to call me AGAIN telling me he can’t do my hair he’s throwing up I’m sure I don’t want to be around him.. basically an excuse that he can’t do my hair .. the fact that I’ve bee... read more
