Overall, I’ve had decent experiences here. The staff generally know what they’re doing, and the service is usually quick. My only issue is that some of the comments during the service can feel a little repetitive or unnecessary, especially when certain hairs are difficult to remove. Still, the actual threading is generally fine.
I went in today (june 21,2026) and i’ve had maybe 3-4 weeks of growth as i’ve moved here for college. I chose to come here as i’ve heard a good amount of things online about it being a good spot however i was completely wrong. I love this place been getting my eyebrows done here for years recommend she makes me look like I’m wearing make up I get shaping and tint everyone here is great and very detailed
I’ve been coming here for half a year and today was the first time I was turned away. On the door of the shop it indicates that they close at 7:30 on Monday- Thursdays. I came in at 6;30 and was told to come in tomorrow. I think if they don’t intend to take anyone after a certain time they should adjust their hours. This was a complete waste of time that could have been communicated. I will not be coming back.
Got here at 7:24pm on a friday night before mother's day weekend. And they said sorry we're closed. They had 6 minutes to close. So disappointed 😞
