I would give this company less than one star if I could. When I called, it sounded as if I was waking the guy up from a nap, but I let that go. He took my address and told me hed be there in a few hours...again, no problem. He said hed call before coming. Not only did he not call, HE NEVER SHOWED. Not the worst experience I could have had, I understand--but someone else got my business and I hope everyone looking for a plumber goes elsewhere.
