Jackie Rooney Jr. was rude and/or unresponsive throughout the process of signing our lease (frequently failing to respond to texts or calls entirely and taking far too long to process documents that should be easy and quick). His father was more helpful and should have been the one engaged from the start. Overall, our experience was average at best and I would not recommend it.
