We bought a couch there less than a year ago. The upholstery is totally coming apart. Tried to have it replaced under the warranty, but we were informed that because we moved the piece of furniture, we voided the warranty. This was through customer service. I called the actual store where I bought it to see if they could do something, and was directed back to customer service. Terrible road rage in drivers – Have had more than one issue with drivers of this company. They like to blow their horns and flip you off if you're in their way. They cut you iff on the highways and speed through the back streets. It is myu opinion that they are trained this way by their management.

Bad customer support service – We purchased a bedroom set from Store #2903 in Hurst, Texas. This purchase was made on 3 of January 2010. The amount was for $1043.00 dollars. Order number 2759246. The furniture was delivered on 1/10/10. Here-in lies the problem. Your Rooms to go store offers a dollar back of 50 to 100 dollars off if scratches or dents are found with purchase of any used mattress set.
