Associate Pat Rutges was extremely professional and I will most definitely refer Rooms and Rest and Pat to all family members and close friends.I am very pleased with my matress and my wife loves it!!
When I first walked into the store the young lady whom I asked for help seem irritated that I asked a question and put a bad taste in my mouth but then I was approached by Cindy and she was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better peeson. She knew her stuff and took time to answer my questions. She even came in on her day off to meet me.
Nothing, shipment came in 2 weeks was delivered 2 days later they set it up. And were very polite

When you're waiting around for the items to show up, as with most places. That's not the case with you guys! Was given a 1 to 3 window & they showed up right at 1pm. Also, thank you for removing your shoes. All around, very good service.

R&R have really upgraded their furniture selection. They have really nice furniture, not just the lower grade stuff they used to only offer. Buying furniture is one of my least favorite things to do because of all of the hoops you have to jump through. Car buying has figured this out, low price, not bartering, no "giving deals", just give me a price and I'll decide if I want to pay for it or not.
