In June, we purchased a custom sectional from Room and Board. While the purchase process was seamless, the delivery has been very challenging. Prior to the scheduled delivery in Aug, we made a change to the delivery address due to work relocation. We promptly contacted Room and Board to notify them of the address change and they acknowledged that a change in the delivery address was possible, but the delivery date would be extended a few weeks to the end of Sept. You are going to read a lot about John Paul in these reviews. He was super knowledgeable, low pressure and incredible detail oriented. Helped me comfortably pick out a couch that wasn’t on display based on comparable options.

I come from a public service background and expect great customer service and I love the service at Room and Board. They may not immediately greet you when you arrive but they provide a low pressure shopping experience and give you the time and space to browse. Our experience was great, once we browsed the store, they gave us all the time and answers we needed.
