I had a wonderful experience here with the help of Liz. She answers questions and provided me with options I hadn’t considered to furnish a condo for my client. I would highly recommend her.
My experience at this store was very unwelcoming. I walked the entire showroom and came within feet of several employees, making direct eye contact multiple times, yet I was never greeted or offered assistance. The lack of basic customer service was noticeable and disappointing. With my background in customer service and sales, I found this level of engagement unacceptable. Based on my visit and other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue. I will not be returning or recommending this store.
UPDATED 2026 REVIEW: After a great experience the first time, I decided to purchase 2 additional furniture pieces. This time, I shopped online and placed the order there. I was given an estimated delivery a few weeks out. Apparently, the furniture arrived here in Dallas but I was never contaced by R&B to schedule delivery. I received no VM, email, or text message of any kind. I started wondering what happened to my order and logged into my account only to find it had been waiting for delivery instructions for almost 2 weeks.... read more

The store has great quality and well designed furniture and the staff has always been really helpful and nice with us. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you!
