I have a 30 year old Larson original gunite pool that needed new plaster and tile. I looked at a number of local services that were all top notch but I decided to go with Dan Rookard and his team based on a friend who had great success with a new pool he built and his honesty with some past work. Dan was quick to respond, patient as we selected color and tile options, and his team(s) got to work and were done within just a couple weeks of starting. Chose Rookard Pool after getting a quotes from a number of local companies. The Rookard custom gunite quote was very competitive, even less than the fiberglass option (which is retrospect should have been a warning...). We provided a non-refundable deposit based on the quote provided. There was no info about that quote potentially changing later - either then or later.
