I was away for treatment with no reasonable explanation,3rd physician to refuse treatment for me in 2.5 years.I have a 28 year history of chronic pain.Depression was the cause of refusal with no reasonable or satisfactory explanation given.Depression goes hand in hand with chronic pain.I was treated by a physiatrist previously for 20 until his passing but still turned away.I was pleading for treatment and help but my call was never returned.It is a shame that a doctor takes an oath when starting his or her medical practice y... read more
We have been patients of Dr. Rook for many years following a serious motorcycle accident. I cannot say enough nice things about this man. He is a brilliant man who is also compassionate and cares deeply about the quality of his patients lives. Dr. Rook has given us great quality referrals and we are both very happy being part of his practice.
Dr. Rook is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, patient centered, empathetic, engaging, has excellent listening skills, respects the patient, and more. I have been a patient of Dr. Rook for 30 years, or more. I have a good relationship with Dan as well. Never any issues. Frankly, I would not drive approximately 140 miles, round trip, to have him treat my ongoing health issues if he were not top notch. Much gratitude!
Never was able to see the doctor due to the office staffs' failure to return phone calls.
Maybe my bad typing but I only see a 1 star for Dr. Rook. IT should be a 5 star. I have been seeing him for many years and he has never led me down the wrong street. His referrals are good but if you want to go somewhere else he doesn't mind. Marlene and Matt are excellent and they get a 5 star. Love the fur babies thee , they they make the visit better.....

Dr. Rook is the most knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate doctor I have ever known. He is honest and forthcoming. His staff is competent and welcoming. There is no doctor in the state of Colorado whom I respect more than Dr. Jack Rook.
I have been seeing Dr. Rook for several years.He is very intelligent and understands you. I find him to be excellent. Appointments are properly timed with rare waits. Great office enviornment. Marlene and Matt are excellent and keep the office running smoothly. No problems at at all. He knows the facts and understands OWCP , DOL. He has been invalueable. Great asset.
