Has not returned my calls. Work that was done 3 years ago is failing. Has not followed up. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau if the issue is not resolved.
In may we had 16 windows replaced. One of which was incorrect it was suppose to be frosted as it is a first floor bathroom on the front of the house. The MANUFACTURER messed up the order and made the wrong window. My husband informed the worker doing the trim ( day two of installation) it was wrong, he said he was notifying his boss, we heard nothing more.
