Called last minute and james was out here within an hour. Problem was minor thank goodness. Provided photos and fixed it in under 15 minutes. Happy all around. Definitely calling them back when I need a full roof done.

I had a terrible experience with this roofing service. The company failed to deliver on their promises and provided very poor service. They did not complete the work on time and kept giving excuses for the delays. The workers were careless and did not follow proper procedures. Highly recommend James! He arrived quickly for our roof inspection and immediately got to work. James was thorough and knowledgeable — he pinpointed the exact cause of our leak, explained it clearly, and reassured us it was fixable. Since rain was scheduled for the week, he made a temporary repair on the spot to prevent further issues and followed up with a detailed quote for the larger repair. Very professional, intelligent, and skilled — we’ll definitely be calling him again for any future roof work.
