Strike 1: I was assured they would come start and finish the job before the rain. Didn't come the day they said they would. Then it rained causing more leaking. Strike 2: Didn't come the next two days they said they would. Strike 3: Hung up on me after i confronted them about the problem. (This is for any future people seeking a quick response or "911" response to problems on your roof.)
Roofing911 is by far the best in SETX! Sam and his crew have done roofs for myself and family members. He is professional, honest, dependable and does quality work that will last! Wanted to be able to recommend this company but just cannot do that based on my experience with a roofing job in January 2020. I received a bid for a roof job on my home and was a decent bid and included add ons for repair of a dip in my rafters which I requested to be repaired while roof was off, even to include changing rafters if needed. It also was to include a moisture barrier roof membrane where my metal carport attaches to the roof. Awesome company! They give you a estimate at a excellent price. Everything is written out and fully explained. They replace what’s necessary. At my house, they came in the morning remove, replace in one day. The work provided, there are no worries for the future because of the quality of work. Clean up is a plus! You never knew they were here.
Our church recently hired Roofing911 to handle both our church (Magnolia Church, on the corner of Nall and Magnolia in Port Neches) building and church owned parsonage. Tito was excellent and extremely professional is establishing good timelines for the work to be done.
