The rudest company - completely blew my mind. To not be local and attempting to absorb all of ETX business, you'd think they'd have a little kindness or customer service when answering the phone. Of the large quantity of roofers we have networked with throughout the state, these guys blow the "we don't need you" out of the water. Down to hanging up in our face when requesting a simple email address to communicate needs which is quite the payout. No thanks!

DEDICATION to their craft! We were told the roofers would be at our place by 7am - Well, they started nailing drip ledge at 7am in TWENTY SIX (26) degree weather! There were 8-9 guys working non-stop (in below freezing temperatures) as a remarkable "TEAM" that made the process so efficient that they were DONE by 11:00am! The temperature was barely above freezing as they packed up their gear and cleaned the jobsite so well, that it was hard to tell they had even been here at all - except that we had a beautiful new roof!
