Brett and his team replaced my roof, gave me options for the sun roof and also put spray foam insulation in my house. Quality work and they even had their supervisor caulk and stabilize an area of the sunroom for no charge.

I had a really great experience using Roofing Tyler TX for my first roof replacement ever. They were understanding in explaining the process and options, especially when I was undecided about going with a different roof material. They also were incredibly patient in dealing with my insurance company's initial resistance to approve my claim, and repeated attempts to low-ball or deny various line item expenses. The rudest company - completely blew my mind. To not be local and attempting to absorb all of ETX business, you'd think they'd have a little kindness or customer service when answering the phone. Of the large quantity of roofers we have networked with throughout the state, these guys blow the "we don't need you" out of the water. Down to hanging up in our face when requesting a simple email address to communicate needs which is quite the payout. No thanks!
