We highly recommend this company. We had an incredible experience working closely with Paul and Mike. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently. We had one incident that was at no fault of the company. A pop up shower came in and although the crew worked quickly to cover up the roof, we still had rain come in the house and garage. We called Roofing Rochester to come quote us on a complete tear off. They ended up being the liaison for an insurance claim to cover the entire roof. We had many missing and flipped up shingles from the February wind storm. They communicated with our adjuster and lead us through a seamless process. From top to bottom, everyone did their job thoroughly and helped us understand what the next step would be. Liers....they promise you one thing and it takes months to get it right! Owner Paul Melnik cussed me and told me he'll get to finishing my project when he gets to it . Well a simple 2 day project took 2 months and only after I told him I'll be taking him to court did he complete the work that I paid for! Installed skylights and did a ******job! His workers left my house a dusty mess, they were drinking before they arrived! Never followed up on completing the job as scheduled. Craftmanship shoddy at best! STAY AWAY...he doesn... read more

Roofing Rochester helped me get the proper amount of insurance to complete my project properly. They showed up on time, worked hard and the clean up was perfect. I really liked how they protected my home during the job with tarps and plywood. The roof came out excellent. We are very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Was not happy with the way the roof looked after it was done. I messaged them and the owner came and looked at it. Gave nothing but excuses but agreed to fix it. This happened on Saturday, 7/13 and promised it would be fixed on Monday, 7/15. Also promised the dumpster would be picked up on 7/15. Well low and behold the dumpster was not picked up and it was not fixed. The owner called me and said he would come Tuesday, 7/16 at 7am and do it himself.
