The siding on my 50 year old chimney got destroyed during the December windstorm, literally had to be rebuilt. Tim and Mike were prompt and didn’t cut corners. Even when the chimney cap didn’t fit properly they admitted their mistake, apologized for the delay, and custom remade it so everything fit perfectly. Solid work, good communication, and everything looks brand new! Would recommend.
Called Roofing Outfitters b/c of a leak on roof… They came out, found an issue and wrote up a proposal… Proposal was carried out, work was done, but leak continued… We had a plan to move forward with further repairs… I withheld ½ the payment till the job was completed, which seemed reasonable… RO called and cancelled repairs citing trouble with labor…I understand that… Job was not finished. Have now used Roofing Outfitters twice, both times for wind damage repairs to my asphalt shingled roof. Both times I've been quite pleased with the results. First time my repairs were minimal but needed to get done. They worked with me to accomplish several other roof related tasks to use as much of the minimum repair cost budget.
