We appreciate your business, our client is very pleased with their new roof.
Not too happy. We called ahead on a Saturday to check as to whether they had a particular shingle in stock. We gave the shingle brand to someone on the phone and he went away to check, came back and he confirmed that they carried the brand. Then we asked again as to the style and color of the shingle. He put us on hold and after a short wait, he came back and confirmed that they had that particular shingle in stock. Drove over 15 minutes later and was told they didn't carry that brand of shingle. Total waste of time.
Good people good recievership on delivery. Wont mind delivering there again.
Haven't heard of them before and didn't see the pricing since the contractor choose them. They definitely had a huge selection colors (felt like a dozen-plus) versus their competitors that carry several colors -- so basically twice the selection. I think I saw a black-red version or some version of red with some brown and red with another color. Point? Definitely a large selection of colors.
