Shingles were curling badly and RNX Roofing Companies were the first company to say so without me prompting them. The inspection produced a written report with photos in it. I took a while to think about it and nobody chased me for an answer. When I called back the price hadn't moved. Roof went on and they cleared the yard behind them.

Got our full roof replaced and it went about as well as I could ask for. The team was steady and knew the job cold, no standing around. I looked at a couple options around Evanston before picking them and their quote was straight forward. New roof looks sharp and they had it done in good time without leaving a mess behind in the yard.
Collected a few quotes around Chicago and RNX was the one that actually walked the roof and explained things. New roof looks great, install went smooth, office kept me in the loop the whole time too.
