We have used Roofing by Hernandez for two separate projects over the last few years and they have done fantastic work for us. Communication is very good through quoting, scheduling and completion of the work. Quote was very detailed with all insurance documentation provided up front, price was competitive and the work was executed as expected. They are very honest with their feedback and assessments. The team at Roofing by Hernandez is incredible. They’re knowledgeable, informative and do a very good job. I’ve hired them twice (for two separate jobs) and have been extremely satisfied with the results. I’ll be using them from now on!
I was texting with Vanessa about getting someone to come to my duplex to get an estimate on replacing my roof. She was very polite and friendly, scheduled someone and nobody ever showed up. I even texted her about it 30 mins after the scheduled time, she left me on read and never responded…very disappointing, especially for a company that appears to get good reviews.
