This company is dishonest. Zach Potts, the owner, and other staff at Siding Smiths LLC do not review the eleven-page Work Authorization Agreement with you before you sign it. Instead, they send it by email without anyone from the company walking you through the scope of work step by step. If you choose to do business with this company, make sure you have experience in contracts or have attorneys go over with you before you sign anything.
