Very professional sales staff. Tear down and roof replace in less than 2 days, and we have a very steep large roof. Minor gutter damage during install but they discount the price to cover the repairs. Also price beat our lowest bid. Helped walk through process with insurance. Only cons, delivery of materials occurred unplanned. I think that was upstream from the roofers.
Horrible service. They're complete bullies. I told them to back off and let me think on what I wanted. I got nervous when I found out they really are stormchasers. They decided to deliver material and called me a couple hours later to say they would start in two days. Without my permission. NO. It's been nearly a week and I had to call the supplier myself to get the pickup arranged; they never did as they said. The sales guy crushed my prior undamaged gutter getting on my garage... terrible. Absolutely terrible.
