This man’s behavior was fishy, and his work was even more fishy. He seemed greedy from the start. He demanded cash only. When I tried to pay by check under his company name (Remarkable Roofing), he refused and insisted it be written in his personal name. He inspected my roof and clearly told me that replacement was NOT required and that patching and coating would fix the problem. He strongly promised to use branded products.
