Very disappointing. When they first installed the roof they completely covered the drain hole on the porch roof and had to completely redo it. This was only because I noticed the issue. Then, just over a year later, the roof leaked and it took them two months to make the repair. After the repair, they refused to repair the interior damage caused by the leak, some minor painting. They claimed it was because the roof damage was weather related, however as the roof was just over a year old, this is ridiculous.
I am so happy I selected these guys to install our new roof. It’s a big job so I was nervous at first but I became comfortable very quickly. They gave us a great price and did an excellent, professional job. The owner Sonny really took care of us. They posted pictures of our new roof on their website and it looks awesome. I am looking forward to working with them in the future on other projects.
My old roof got damaged after a storm and it needed a replacement. RoofexNRG was by far the most responsive and transparent company out of all the companies I shopped around with. They took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and they were clearly very knowledgeable.
