Steve came out the same day, performed an infrared scan, determined the origin of my roof leaks and wrote up a repair proposal that same day. The work was done on Saturday. While it may be a while to determine if all repairs have been successful, I have no doubt that Steve and his crew will return to rectify any issue that may arise as a result of their work.
