We actually started out by calling the company that installed the roof. Took them 2 days to call us back. They requested photos and then.....nothing. So we started doing some research on roofing companies. You will see if you Google "Roof Repair, Northern VA" there is one name that keeps appearing....Roofer911. There is a reason for this. Steven actually answered the phone on the first call! And right off the bat told us to send pics in the off chance he could tell us how to fix it (free of chrage by the way). I was very pleased with the quality and speed of service. They finished everything up in about 24 hours. I probably would've rated 5 stars, except that the estimate was not itemized so mI was never one hundred percent sure about what I was paying for.
