Quoted us about half of what the other company did, stated he could begin work almost right away (quoted on Saturday, arrived to make the repairs first thing Monday--EXCELLENT). When he arrived he also noted that there was a problem with one of the rafters too and he repaired that at no extra charge. The only minor issue was that my wife found a few nails in the driveway. But that would not deter me at all from hiring him again. All-in-all great service and a great job.
