They installed the flooring in the new build I purchased. I reached out to them to try and use the warranty for the flooring. In the last month I have tried contacting them 5 times. I've gotten through to someone once about a month ago. They said they would follow up with me and I have yet to be followed up with despite my many attempts to contact them. If you are looking for good customer service, go somewhere else.
We were made to use RTS through our home builder. -They installed our LVP/flooring that is popping up already and squeaks. They drilled holes across new wall every 3 ft looking for power. Dumb -They installed our $$custom cabinets. The cabinets are a different color than the cabinet trim. The doors were not aligned and do not shut right and missing felt so they slam shut. -They did all splash block in kitchen and bathrooms. All seams were cracking between counter and tile. Dont waste your time, just a middleman with a bad business attitude. They don't want your business unless you're a multimillion dollar builder.
