New roof installed in 2015 and is now leaking in the same place. Found out that the entire installation was faulty. RTS will not repair as they only warrant their installation for 1 year. I've had roofing companies install roofs for me before and the warranty was always for at least 10 years. I see now why they only warrant for a year. Terrible work!!!
Roof Top installed a new roof on our home several years ago. They did a great job. We had one problem and when we contacted them about it, they fixed it the next day. Just recently, we had a leaf screen installed on our gutters by another company. We noticed a problem with water running over the gutter instead of running in it in one area and it was causing a problem at our foundation. Wow! Norman and Noah were amazing last week when they came to assist with a dryer vent. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and even came out twice to make sure all was good. I appreciate them immensely! I love that the company is local and will call them in the future should I need them.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Not only did were they very thorough and detailed, but they were always in contact with me every step of the way for our roof replacement. Could not have asked for anyone better than Ryan Frank, who was very polite/knowledgeable/prompt when all of our needs. Thank you Ryan as well as all of the staff who made our roof look amazing.
