Kelly and Cory were awesome. Not pushy at all and Kelly was here within an hour of me calling him the day after the storm. His team worked until dark to place protective tarp on damage portions of my roof and even patched a hole in my siding. I would highly recommend this company. So glad they were on State Farm’s List.
From the day after the storm until the completion of the roof they offered exemplary service. We had many conversations thru Text and emails and they never failed to answer my questions in a fast and efficient manor. Twice I called Kelly and he was actually traveling out of town and still answered the phone. The roofers were polite, punctual and extremely efficient in their work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services and I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed
Very communicative, kept me posted on changes/schedule. The crew were very friendly and took their time making sure the yard was cleaned up after install. Would definitely recommend RSI to anyone out there.
