This happened about a year ago but I still think about it so decided to post. I called and asked for an estimate on gutters. When the estimator showed up I was busy inside so over the phone I said feel free to look around thinking he would just start with the gutters and be on the ground measuring. When I get outside I find he has 3 guys on the roof, in June!
