We had an exceptional experience with Roof Solutions. Jerome, our inspector, was prompt and professional. He made a thorough examination of our roof and gutters followed by a very reasonable quote for the work. The crew was similarly impressive. I would avoid this company. Russell’s crew replaced my roof but failed to flash a skylight properly. When the leak appeared, Russell refused to come back and fix it.

He took the time to walk me through the estimate in detail, making sure I understood every part of the process. Throughout the job, he kept me updated so I always knew what was happening. Best of all, the work was completed in just one day—exactly as promised.
My porch roof replacement turned out to be a little trickier than it first appeared, but Roof Solutions worked with me to come up with a solution. I also had gutter covers installed on my porch roof and the back of my house. Great customer service and very nice crew.
