Micheal came out to fix a leak. Turns out it was a minor issue, needed sealant around a vent. He gave honest assessment of roof, reasonable price to fix leak. Will certainly call in the future for any issues & when it's time for replacement. Very pleased with the honesty, very refreshing.
I was driving down the street when I saw Justin working on a neighbor's roof, and pulled over just to see if I could get a card. Justin was super friendly and happily came down so I could introduce myself. He could have just shouted that his number is on the side of the truck (I've definitely had that response before), but he's not that kind of person.
