Had a positive experience with Bill Hall from Roof RX. Very solid guy. Knows his stuff and works hard to make things right. Since this was a repair, I won't know how effective the work was until we get a few rains, so I gave a four rating. Might even be a five. Only time... and rain will tell. Thanks!

Bill Hall came out and reviewed the project, showed me pictures throughout the project, offered me a fair price for the work. I was pleased with his work, although the proof will be in the long term work as the house gets more rain. So far I am pleased with my experience.

Totally disgusted! I noticed mildew on my patio ceiling, which caused me to examine the roof directly above. I found a 2 foot strip of shingles that appeared black and pitted as though they were deteriorating. I called the Blue Falcon (now Building Solutions) that replaced the shingles 6 years ago and the owner sent a man out. He took pictures and said that he believed it needed to be replaced. After having my first estimate appointment canceled (due to rain earlier in the day), I received a call the following day to confirm my appointment for that afternoon...there was no appointment for that day. When I did manage to re-schedule my appointment for a time I could be home to show what was going on, the technician decided to swing by my property when I wasn't there (~4 hours before the scheduled time) and somehow found the issues I had briefly mentioned and left an estimate stuck in my front door. The technician arrived on time and began working (I was not at the site). Shortly afterward he contacted me regarding the availability of power. I told him I'd meet him there in about 20 minutes to open a door for him so he could access an outlet. He indicated that would be fine as he was out getting materials anyway. When he returned he seemed surprised to see me and asked if I was waiting on him. That was odd in and of itself given the prior phone conversation.
