Terrible company. Please stay away.
Crappy job replacing tiles and the colors didn’t even match my existing tile plus after they left I found broken tiles on my roof. Really poor work. I would never recommend these crooks!!!!!!

Mr. Nakano's repair was completed on 1/10/19. His signed contracts on file do not guarantee an exact color match with the tile replacement as there are numerous factors that affect any roofer's ability to provide such, including but not limited to fading and discoloration that occurs from the roof being exposed to the elements. Horrible company! Stay away! They may sell insurance, but they do not sell coverage. As required by their insurance, an inspection visit is required, which is fine. The catch is they make it impossible to complete the inspection! Rare phone calls answered; emails answered but unavailable to arrange for an appointment. When appointment is made? They ask for daily email response to "confirm" the appointment. No confirmation? Appointment dropped. When you finally get to the appointment date? No show! Reschedule? Cancel! Resched... read more
Scam. We have a home warranty through ******** **** ****** and a supplement roof warranty with Roof RX. They’ll happily take your monthly payment but never fix or in our case even come out to the property or return our calls. From Roof RX’s reviews on ***, ****, and ****** it appears we’re not the only ones.
SCAM! The claim to sell a roof warranty, it was purchased by our realtor. We called in the claim we need a Valley sealed 3 other roofing companies quoted the exact work from their quote at $500-$600. They have it listed as $1795.20, they will only cover work up to $1000. The going rate for the work they would be performing is $.50 to $3.00 a square foot, they are charging $119.00 a square foot to apply a polymer sealer on 150 square feet. Roof Rx in Tampa, Florida has done over $5400 in roof repair and sectional replacements on my roof from March-September 2016. Within that period, I've had 2 service managers. The first one gave a 5 year warranty on the new roof and 18 months on a different repair. The second manager gave a 2 year warranty on another sectional re-roof. Areas of the roof continued to leak and they repaired as needed.
