We had a recent leak from our kitchen sink to the lower level below. Curtis from Service Rite/Roof Rite Exteriors in Lincoln was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, on time, no nonsense, and explained everything from day to day in regards to moisture levels in between the floors and on basement ceiling! I would highly recommend Service Rite BECAUSE of Curtis and his expertise.
Stay away from this people. They don’t pay their subs and they also tell you, “they don’t use subs.” Very poor service.
Aaron was a pleasure to work with! We had our roof, gutters and wraps all redone and they did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend to others!
Rick at Roof Rite and crew was very pleasant to work with. Our house needed a roof and gutters replacement and Rick was not only good at keeping communication throughout the entire process, but was also very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Overall team did an excellent job and clean up was also done very thoroughly.
If your carrier calls Myles to inspect your property, he will agree with the carrier without regard to the insureds policy nor proper installation requirements and codes. This affects the long term insurability of a property. While this may not be the company’s intention is harmful to policyholders. Beware of your policy before calling Roof Rite.
