Malarkey Legacy Re-roofing of house from pine shakes to Malarkey Legacy Shingles. I used Titanium UDL 30 underlay, 44 inch ice and water, and had Malarkey EZ Ridge XL high profile capping installed. Roof Dave and his crew did a tremendous job re-shingling the roof and installing maximum ventilators. The workers were very professional and answered all my questions. The work site was kept immaculately clean and the work was completed on schedule. Dave was responsive and quick to provide an estimate and a review of all the product options. New ashphalte roof Dave and the guys did a great job on replacing my roof. They were very personal, professional and took pride in their workmanship. Roof I have used this company twice in the past 3 years (hail claim). They are a very god roofing company. The job was very clean and they clean up after themselves. Also have a great eye for detail. We would recommend this company for your roofing needs.
