Great experience from start to finish. It was really easy to set an appointment, and the estimate of work came back quickly. Mark Williams came out to the house to assess the situation and provide his recommendation. Mark was very personable, he took the time to listen to our situation and was able to communicate his recommendations with confidence and in simple to understand terms. Corey came out and gave us the estimate for having the work done. He provided pictures of what the roof looked like and a detailed list of the work that needed to be done. We had a small leak repaired on our house roof and the garage roof completely redone. Once the job was scheduled, the work crew arrived promptly and finished all the work in a day. The entire staff was very professional and they completed the work in a timely manner. The inspector came out right away and explained all his findings complete with pictures. Once the job was scheduled the workers were friendly, completed the job on schedule and did not leave a mess. There was some miscommunication in regards to payment, but I attribute it to the holidays and the office not being fully staffed.
Their price was better than our other quotes, they were on time and got the job done quickly. And they cleaned up nicely. We are happy we found them and would use them again. Highly recommend.
