Neil, Nilda, and the roofing crew were amazing. The process from quote to completion (including inspection approval and wind mitigation inspection) was fast and easy. The price, considering the added benefits of warranty and reputation, was phenomenal. I appreciated the professionalism and down to earth nature of Neil. I appreciated the responsiveness and care of Nilda. Top notch!

Roofing pro USA did a great job replacing my roof in Lake City. William came to my house and showed me examples of the shingles and had me pick three and told me that they would try to get my first choice as William stated that shingles are hard to get. After a short time zi was told that the shingles had come in and that they would be delivered and that a crew would be there to replace the roof Prior to the crew arriving a dumpster was delivered. They replaced our roof about 6 years ago. Initially everything seemed fine as they were very professional and nice. We were told there was a 25 yr warranty on the roof (which I was just told apparently ONLY covers the shingles falling apart) with no mention about a 2 or 3 year warranty on labor. Recently we noticed a water stain (obviously a roof leak) in the kitchen. I called them today ONLY to find this would "probably" NOT be a covered issue be cause "we have storms and hurricanes and those winds could temporarily lift up... read more
